These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") outline the policies governing your use of our hotel services and accommodation ("Services"). By making a reservation at Ethnograph Old Tbilisi, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Booking and Payment

• Booking Methods: Reservations can be made by phone, online, or in person.
• Payment Terms: We accept cash and credit/debit cards (a 3% service charge applies for card payments).
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival will incur a penalty of one night's stay. Modifying a reservation is subject to availability.
• Deposit or Prepayment: Prepayment is preferred, but a minimum of 50% of the reservation total is required to confirm a reservation.
• No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booked stay.
• Early/Late Departure: Early departures between 6 am and 11 am incur no cost, from 1 pm to 6 pm will be charged 50%. Departures outside this window are subject to availability and may be charged 90%.
• Early Check-in: Early checkins are subject to availability, and may incur a charge between 60% to 80% of a night's full rate if the previous night is not booked. The hotel is not responsible for early check-ins that have not called ahead or sent a notice.

3. Hotel Rules and Policies

• Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is from 12 pm to 2 pm and check-out is from 11 am to 1 pm (subject to availability).
• Age Restrictions: Only legal adults can book and check-in without a guardian.
• Pets: Pets are allowed upon request and with additional fees. Please inform the hotel about your pet's specifics for an accurate fee calculation.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
• Liability: Ethnograph Old Tbilisi is not responsible for lost items or injuries due to guest negligence.
• Damages: A 100 GEL insurance deposit will be collected in cash upon check-in. This will be refunded if no damages occur.
• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am; during which the reception desk is closed and any checkins or checkouts will be self serviced (online registration + a convenient key safe).
• Extra Guests: Accommodating extra guests is subject to availability, their age, and the total number of guests.

4. Amenities

Currently, Ethnograph Old Tbilisi does not offer additional amenities.

5. Disclaimer

The hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We recommend periodically reviewing this page for updates.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Georgia.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved according to the laws of Georgia.
